YOU MUST CALL OUR OFFICE AT LEAST 12 HOURS PRIOR TO DELIVERY TO CANCEL. NO CANCELLATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR SAME-DAY DELIVERIES

Confirmation through our office is necessary or you will be charged a $50.00 delivery fee!

If you order oil and you need to cancel, you must call our office at least 12 hours before delivery and cancel. You will be given a cancellation number and if the driver shows up, you give him your cancellation number.

If you do not have a cancellation number you will be charged a one-time $50.00 delivery fee for driver’s expense. You are responsible for paying the fee, whether the delivery was setup as cash or credit card.

We cannot cancel deliveries when the driver is already at your address.
