There are lots of reasons why your oil burner might suddenly stop working but the most likely reason is that you have run out of heating oil. The first thing you should do is check your heating oil level – if you are out then call us and we will arrange an emergency delivery for as soon as possible. Then all you need to do is make sure you are available to accept the delivery.

Do I need an emergency oil delivery?

If your oil burner has stopped working then it is highly likely that you need an emergency delivery as soon as possible – this is particularly true if it’s an evening, at a weekend or during a holiday. We would never recommend that you try to manage until a regular delivery comes because that can be extremely dangerous, especially if the temperature is very low.

Is it possible to cancel deliveries?

To cancel an order you must phone our office at least 12 hours before delivery. We will give you a cancellation number for the driver. Without this, you will be charged a one-off delivery fee. You cannot cancel a delivery when the driver is already at yiur address.

What means of payment do you accept for emergency delivery?

You can pay by credit card or cash – whatever is easiest for you.

How many gallons minimum is considered an emergency delivery? Or what is the minimum I can order for an emergency delivery?

Our minimum amount is 50 gallons of home heating oil.

How can I ensure I don’t run out of oil again?

Will it be cheaper or quicker if I live near the home heating oil terminal?
